Your life's work. In safe hands.

Sell or lease your campsite, or plan your succession

Three ways to hand over your campsite

There is no single right way to hand over a life's work. There is the way that suits you. Offdays Camp takes over operations, your team and the current season, and develops your site with care. Fairly valued, discreet and in the model of your choice.

1

Sale

Offdays Camp as your successor

You choose the timing, we take over as the new operator. Employees, guests and ongoing operations transfer in full. The clear path if you want to close the chapter.

2

Lease

You remain the owner

Ideal if you don't want to sell yet. You receive regular income, we run the site. Also possible when one shareholder wants to exit and another wants to carry on.

3

Individual solution

Developed together with you

Purchase of shares or of the site, coordinated with your tax advisor. Staged models: first lease or management, takeover later. We accommodate special ownership structures.

Who we find the right solution for

Private owners and families

No successor in sight, the children won't take over.

Municipalities and public bodies

The site should stay in the region, but investment is lacking. The municipality remains the owner, we take over operations and investment. We take part in tenders.

What we can take on for your site

You decide which building blocks we contribute: individually, combined or as a complete operation from a single source.

The team on site
Our standard

Your team stays.

As a rule we take over the existing staff, and we explicitly ask for it. Nobody knows your site and your guests as well as the people who work there every day. We look forward to talking with you about it.
